Lauren has great passion for both people and real estate. She can often be found in her spare time browsing the newest listings, and excitedly sending them to friends and family. She holds a B.A. in Communication Management and has a strong understanding of the Cleveland Market and the large network it resources. She believes her passion for real estate, connecting people to their dreams, and all things Cleveland provide a foundation of joy, ease and excitement for her clients during the selling and buying process. Honesty, integrity, and organizational skills are highest priority and are what contributes to a successful relationship with her clients.
Cheryl Hlavaty - Transactions
Cheryl is the Transaction Coordinator for Haven Real Estate Group. Her goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for every client. Her professional background includes over 25 years in the faith-based community doing administrative and financial work, as well as 5 years living abroad working with a non-profit charity. In addition, she has a background in real estate, working for a residential and commercial appraiser. Cheryl has been married for 20 years and has 2 teenage children. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys reading.
